1. Data we collect

• Contact and account details such as your name, mobile number, email address and account or one-time-password sign-in information.
• Order and delivery details such as products, pack sizes, delivery address, PIN code, order history and delivery updates.
• Payment details such as payment method, transaction reference and payment status. Online payment credentials are handled by the payment provider; we do not ask you to send us your card PIN, CVV or banking password.
• Messages and information you choose to provide when you contact customer support, request a return or subscribe to updates.
• Basic technical and security information generated when you use the site, and information stored in your browser to keep your cart and account session working.

2. How we use it

We use personal data to create and secure accounts, take and fulfil orders, arrange payment and delivery, manage returns and refunds, provide customer support, administer rewards, prevent misuse, maintain the website and meet legal or accounting obligations. We send promotional messages only where you have chosen to receive them; you can ask us to stop.

3. Service providers and sharing

We share only the information needed with service providers that help operate Rillex, such as Supabase for account and data services, Razorpay for online payments, Delhivery or Shiprocket for delivery, Resend for email, and our hosting and image-delivery providers. These providers process information under their own terms and applicable law.

We may also disclose information where necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid legal request, protect customers or the business, or resolve a payment, delivery or consumer dispute. We do not sell personal data.

Some service providers may process information outside India. Where this happens, we take steps required by applicable Indian law and use the information only for the purposes described here.

4. Browser storage

We use essential browser storage, including local storage, to remember your cart and sign-in session. Blocking or clearing it may affect those features. Our site may also use cookies or similar technologies required by a service provider to deliver a requested function or protect the site.

5. Retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including completing orders, maintaining accounts, handling support and meeting legal record-keeping requirements. We then delete it or remove identifying details, unless the law requires a longer period.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a personal-data breach occurs, we will take the steps and give notices required by applicable law.

6. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us for information about your personal data, request correction or erasure, withdraw consent, raise a grievance, or nominate another person to exercise your rights. You can also unsubscribe from promotional messages. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully and may mean we cannot provide a related service. We may retain information needed for legal, security or dispute purposes.
